Gayle's training in Tibetan Buddhist meditation and healing practices brings peace and pain relief to many of her clients, while her history as a cyclist, marathoner, martial artist, and yoga/Pilates practitioner attunes her to the unique needs of athletes. Her list of clients includes a great many health care and wellness professionals.
Gayle's expertise spans Thai massage, structural integration, reflexology, pregnancy massage, lymph drainage, somatics, and trigger point and cranial sacral therapies.
Jodie's clients literally run to sign up when its massage day at her clients offices! With more than 20 years of experience in rehabilitation through physical and massage therapy, Jodie specializes in treating sports injuries and helping rehab repetitive injuries such as tendonitis. She facilitates healing through health education, posture awareness and specific massage techniques.
Chris has a vast knowledge and experience with a wide range of holistic therapies and philosophies. If he can't help you, he knows who can. He has been practicing massage therapy for 20 years, and is a clinical massage therapist with Northwestern Integrative Medicine. He believes in helping people find ways to help themselves, and heal both physically and energetically.
A bodywork professional for more than 20 years, Mimi exemplifies the holistic principle of happiness through integration of a healthy mind, body and spirit. She's a certified athletic trainer and has worked in a wide range of settings, including hospitals, physical therapy centers, spas and fitness clubs.
Eric derives satisfaction from making a positive difference in people's lives and from helping bodies function optimally. He believes the best massages are a combination of compassion, competence, curiosity and commitment.
Bridget's 15 years of experience includes training and expertise in a wide range of massage modalities, working in chiropractic clinics and in private practice. Her massages focus on pain relief and management, stress reduction and overall well-being.
Sheila creates pauses, as brief as a breath or as long as an off-site workshop. As a result, leaders and teams are able to unleash creativity, clarify what's important, and build momentum towards a desired future— all with the greatest ease possible. Over two decades, Sheila has consulted with 25 of Fortune 100 companies as a design thinker, change agent and communicator. She grounds her work in the practices and principles of leadership development, systems change, design thinking, meditation, and embodied movement.
